At Inker Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition in which they arrived.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as when they were received.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at refund@inkerdesign.co to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original tags and any accompanying documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at refund@inkerdesign.co for further instructions.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Original Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Downloadable software products
